GPI PureGum GX 130-1 is a hydrocolloid blend designed to stabilize and improve texture in pasteurized dairy-alternative beverages.  

When processors need to create plant-based beverages like oat milk or almond milk, GPI PureGum GX 130-1 greatly improves texture by imparting a creamy mouthfeel and maintaining homogeneity, especially in low fat drinks. This gum blend creates a clean but palate-coating consistency, improving flavor perception while keeping the beverage light and smooth. Ensure a consistent beverage from the time you open the bottle to the last drop.
