For dairy beverage processors looking to stabilize high-protein, UHT treated beverages, we developed GPI 1351 to remain functional in high-temperature, and high shear processing.

GPI 1351 offers significant benefits by suspending insoluble particles in plant-based beverages, maintaining homogeneity and creaminess throughout the product’s shelf life. It stabilizes high-protein dairy beverages that undergo UHT or HTST processing, suspending insoluble ingredients like cocoa and preventing fat separation. This gum blend imparts low viscosity, keeping beverages light-bodied while still coating the palate for enhanced flavor release.

Ideal for UHT non-dairy and vegan beverage applications, GPI 1351 is perfect for stabilizing shelf-stable flavored soy milk, almond milk, and other plant-based drinks.
