Our GPI GF Pizza Mix was designed to create gluten-free pizza crusts identical to their regular wheat versions. It creates a crust with a soft interior while still having crispy golden-brown edges. In addition, the functional gums in our blend create and maintain structure after baking, preventing collapse when sauces and toppings are added. With our understanding of commercial bakery processing, we also ensured that our gluten-free pizza mix creates a dough that is easy to handle, improving handling and throughput.
Simply add water, oil and yeast to our GPI GF Pizza mix, and combine. For optimal results, bake the crust separately before adding sauce and other toppings.
