GPI PureXan 80AN is a unique, amylase-free, 80-mesh, xanthan gum used to control viscosity in a wide range of applications like sauces, dressings, and beverages.

By doing so, PureXan 80AN removes the risk of starch degradation while still being functional in a wide variety of temperatures and acidity. This crucial step allows proper viscosity and consistency to be maintained throughout your product’s lifetime. Our GPI PureXan 80AN has been formulated with improved dispersion in mind, allowing formulators and processors to develop products without clumps or fisheyes.
