GPI PureXan 200AN

GPI PureXan 200AN is a unique, amylase-free, 200-mesh, xanthan gum used to control viscosity in a wide range of applications like sauces, dressings, and beverages.

Our xanthan gum undergoes a proprietary process and strict quality control to remove amylase while still maintaining its core properties. By doing so, PureXan 200AN removes the risk of starch degradation while still being functional in a wide variety of temperatures and acidity. This crucial step allows proper viscosity and consistency to be maintained throughout your product’s lifetime. Our GPI PureXan 200AN has been formulated with improved dispersion in mind, allowing formulators and processors to develop products without clumps or fisheyes.

Use GPI PureXan 200AN as a thickening and stabilizing agent in an array of finished goods, including sauces, dressings, vinaigrettes, beverages and more!
